Right of Withdrawal:
According to the Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return or exchange, provided the product is in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging.

Return Due to Defect:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. The product will undergo a quality analysis to confirm the defect.
